Baby Freddy as he appears in full-length not for profit Nightmare on Elm Street fan film, Freddy's Return.
Baby Freddy first appears in Nightmare on Elm Street 5: The Dream Child. He appears as a bulbous-headed, elongated creature. For Freddy's Return, I decided to go a slightly different route and interpret him as looking for like a real baby, but horrifically burned.
I think the look is more disturbing, and most people that see the prop in person agree and don't care to look at it.
